Shiraz Tepper: Shiraz rugs come from the nomadic city in southwestern Iran. These rugs are said to have been knotted here a thousand years ago. Shiraz rugs are mainly knotted in wool on wool and decorated with simple geometric patterns.
Persian Tepper: Persian rugs are world famous for their quality and beauty. Genuine Persian rugs are hand knotted and the wool is dyed with natural vegetable dye. Characteristic for Persian rugs are also the elaborate patterns in floral and geometric shapes. The most famous provenances in which rugs are knotted are Nain, Sarough, Tabriz, Isfahan, Kashan, Bidjar and Ghom.
Virgin wool pile: A rug made of real virgin wool makes any interior style more cozy.
